Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) cover your use of codasky.com (the “Site”). The Site is run by CodaSky LLC (“CodaSky,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company based in the United States. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

The Site tells you about CodaSky and our products, including CodaURL, and lets you get in touch with us.

CodaURL itself is a separate service at codaurl.com. Things like creating an account, subscribing, billing, and using CodaURL are covered by CodaURL's own terms, which we will publish when the product is available. These Terms don't apply to your use of CodaURL.

You need to be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Site. By using it, you're telling us you meet that requirement.

Please don't use the Site to:

• Break any law or regulation
• Try to get unauthorized access to the Site or the systems behind it
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, including through scraping, bots, or excessive automated requests
• Pretend to be CodaSky or anyone else
• Send us false, misleading, or fraudulent information

Everything on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and the CodaSky and CodaURL names, belongs to CodaSky or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You're welcome to view the Site in your browser, but please don't copy, reproduce, or build on our content without our written permission.

The Site may link to other websites, including codaurl.com. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms. A link doesn't mean we endorse the site it points to.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't promise that the Site will always be available, error-free, or secure, or that the information on it (including product timelines and roadmap statements) will always be accurate or up to date.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodaSky and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site, even if we have been told such damages are possible. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

If someone brings a claim against CodaSky because you violated these Terms or misused the Site, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from that claim and from any resulting damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees.

We may suspend or restrict your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. Sections 5, 7, 8, 9, and 11 will still apply after your access ends.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules and without regard to the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Any legal action related to these Terms or the Site must be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico, and you agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version on the Site and update the “Last updated” date above. If you keep using the Site after the changes take effect, you're agreeing to the updated Terms.
